(Ana) Judy Henriquez is a dynamic and dedicated professional passionate about empowering young people to achieve their educational dreams. With a wealth of experience in student-focused roles, Judy has honed her skills in management, relationship building, and grant writing. Her career trajectory includes significant contributions to institutions serving underserved communities, where she has consistently demonstrated her ability to advocate for and support students in realizing their academic aspirations.
Leadership as Director of Postsecondary Counseling
Currently serving as the Director of Postsecondary Counseling at a New York City public high school, Judy leads a high-performing team that provides comprehensive support to students. Her responsibilities include managing budgets, cultivating relationships with college admissions offices, and guiding students through every step of the college application process.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Judy is deeply committed to giving back to her community through volunteer work.
